I hope you can put this deal together. It sounds like you really want the bike and so I hope the numbers work. BTW, are the handlebars and seat the original ones that came with the bike? I ask, because most owners find the bars don't fit well (pain in shoulder blades) and the seats are terribly uncomfortable (100 mile seats!). There are lots of threads about this issue. Maybe the dealer can work something out on this before it leaves the floor?
Good luck!!

Update
Sadly, I won't become the proud owner of the RKC I have been eyeballing. The leasing company won't come to the party in any kind of reasonable way, which forces me into a credit situation instead, which would cost me nearly double my monthly lease on my Dyna.
I almost dived in, went through my finances and worked out that I could just afford the loan for the RKC, but i would have precious little left over at the end of each month as a result, so for probably the first time in my life i listened to my head instead of my heart.
I have decided to try to put away what would have been the difference between my current lease payment and what I would have paid on credit had i dived in, and maybe in a year or 2 i'll have a sizable deposit for an RKC. Until then I will continue to enjoy my Dyna.
Many thanks to all for the advice and support, see y'all round the forum!

But that is low mileage. Yeah I think the Delphi EFI on the later models is more reliable but still should be a great bike.
