Default took it for a ride, not bad for $29

Tested the new deflectors today. Quick ride up to about 75mph. Seemed to help, although I did not have significant buffeting issues to begin with ( I have a Kury airmaster touring windshield and the stock black baffle below triple tree)
09 FLTR black pearl, Cobra tri-oval exhaust and powerflow intake

So, I am assumbing that you never did have the gas tank retro braces put on as part of the recall campaign. I say that because in the catalogue it says they will fit 2009 and 2010 models unless they have had the tank braces added as part of the recall.

I would like to know if there's a way to fit them to an '07. If anybody tries it, please post.
Thanks

Im guessing if you did the newer mounting bracket that came out for the fairing, and the newer lower fairing braces, that would let you run them.

Default No retro brace add

You are correct, I have not had the retro brace added to the tank, but seems like it could be modded to fit with the brace in place, somehow (drimmel?)

They do fit your bike.. the box says fits 98 and later although the website says differently.

But don't waste your money,.. not worth the $30 in my opinion.
