Blame J&M. I burned a lot of daylight trying to get the CB bracket to work. The light's installed into the outer fairing, tomorrow I'll screw with the CB again to see if it'll work, then I've gotta install the Hogtunes pod.

Trust me, I wish I'd gotten everything done tonight.

I'm picking up an '09 RKC tomorrow, my first mods are going to be upgrading the horn and the lighting. I was looking for a good HID lighting system, but the LED has definitely caught my interest!

Sure do.

The CD light sticks out quite a bit farther than the stock headlamp assembly. It looks a little awkward, we'll see how it works when I leave tomorrow morning.

I have a 2011, Red 103 SG on order. Since I have six weeks or so to wait I stopped at the HD dealer to check out the LED set up for the SG. I'm going with the HD LED headlamps and adding passing lamps with LED's. Since HD hasn't branded their own LED turn signals the dealer recommended Kuryakyn. All together with labor $1700. plus tax.

Holy crap that's outrageous! You can do all of that for around $600 through Custom Dynamics. The install is easy.

Yes sir, I agree. But in my defense I have no idea what I'm doing. Best to leave it to the professionals in my case.
