Default HD-47925 Axle Nut Torque Adapter Tool

Hey all, anyone have one of the Harley Axle Nut Torque Adapter tool? (Usually under the belt tension section of your manual). Its the tool that allows you to torque the rear axle nut without removing the muffler. I am looking for the center to center measurement of the 36mm nut and the center of the adapter for the torque wrench. I am making one and want to keep the correct centers. Thanks in advance.

Distance between centers isn't important, just put the torque wrench and adapter at 90 degrees (perpendicular) and it will work fine.
BTW, there are several other companies making them and they aren't expensive. IMO it isn't worth the effort to make one (and I am a tight ***).

I was curious if the center distance would change the torque value, that is why I asked. Thanks

Yes, it will definately change the required torque value. Here is how to determine how much.

No it will not change the value if used at a 90 deg angle.

Sorry, I missed that he was using it at a 90 deg angle.
