Picking my bike up in Dallas, looking for good roads to run through the Ozarks on way to Dragon. Also nice roads from Dallas to the Ozarks. Non interstate preferred. Will be looking for a good green chili burrito on my way so any help there would eb appreciated.

 

Non-interstate ride to the Ozarks from Dallas would be, through Bonham Texas to Paris Texas. Take 195 to Idabel Oklahoma, North to Broken Bow Oklahoma. Then go East on highway 70 to Dequeen Arkansas. I like the route North to Mena Arkansas to Mena on highway 71 and further North. How you get further into the Ozark Mountains should be multiple choice. There are lots of nice road to ride. You might want to check out Talimena Scenic Drive on the way.

Papa Poblanos Mexican restaurant in Idabel, Broken Bow, Dequeen and Mena are fairly nice places to eat.
