I am, but I don't care if guys want to trailer their bike there, it's theirs and they can do what they want with it. I'm not going to join into the whole "I'm more of a man if I ride mine there", so this is probably not the response you're looking for.
I rode my heritge softail out there in 2000,had to take 3 wks off from work to do it,I live in Mass and its 2100 miles away.I love how you guys like you are critical of people trailering their bikes. Most people I have seen ride their bikes there live less than 1000 miles away.I can do that in one day (Got home from Sturgis in 2 and 1/2 days). But I cant take 3 wks off from work at one time. LET IT GO Most people have to work for a living.
I like to go to the rallies, but don't have a lot of vacation time. If I drive/trailer all night, I can play all day. I don't have a problem with this. When I retire next year, I am planning a cross country trip of about 7000 miles taking my time and spending about 8 weeks on the road, BUT I am selling still not selling my trailer.
I am Riding Mine because going for the Ride more than the Destination am 61 and this may be my last one .. But if I wanted to trailer it wouldn't give a **** what anyone else thought about it ..
