When internally wiring bars with TBW ?
I am getting ready to internally wire a set of Wild 1's 575 bagger bars, and was wondering if I should run the hand control wires or the throttle by wire with green harness first? I was thinking that running the TBW first might be easier without the other wires being inside the bar, but then wondered if it would make running the additional wires harder?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance!

If you are running 1" bars, it will be very difficult to get all the wires inside the bars not matter which ones you run first. It is highly recommended to get the extended TBW sensor which does not have the green connector. That will eliminate a large part of the problem. Search this site and you will find the part number, I don't have it handy.

One of the members here helped me with mine, I think we finished with the throttle harness, ran a boot lace thru the bars and duct taped it good and tight to the harness, little by little we got er in with the black shielding and all. If I had it to do over I'd get the sensor that does not have the connector . Everything worked when we finished. You will like the bars, big improvement. Sensor without connector 32310-08

i just installed these. i thought about the same thing... this is what i did.
i ran the TBW first then pulled it back far enough were i could see the green connector through the feed hole for the control wires. then fed the control wires. once there was equal amount left to be pulled i pulled them together. this all pulled VERY easily. i did spray the wires with VERY LITTLE WD40.
PS while pulling it also aids in pushing and guiding the wires through the feed hole.
