Do you just use the Blob Eliminator or do use the Clear coat pen and do any buffing?

Thanks for the tips!!

Filled two chips in my front fender 2 weeks ago with the HD touch up paint. I just cleaned the chipped area with a rag and rubbing alcohol, touched it up with the brush/applicator thats in the bottle and let it dry. No clear added and it looks fine.

I just use the blob eliminator and HD or whatever paint. The Langka product is good for taking the touchup back down to level with th paint around it. The chips that I have done were small enough that they disapeared without buffing but I don't see why you couldn't.

Be careful with the Lanka. I used it once on a car I showed and it has abrasive in it. It will scratch the surrounding area if you are not real careful. It obviously has to be abrasive or it would not be able to "sand" down the paint blob...Duh. Swirl marks and scratches...here we come.

I've had really good results by carefully painting in the area tp be repaired using a brush that is smaller than the scratch or ding is wide. That prevents the "blob" affect. You might have to go to an art supply house to get a specialty brush to do it, but it's worth it.
