Great lookin' motorcycle. You'll really enjoy it. The 4'' stock windshield looks cool, but it's worthless at high speeds, so if you're lookin' for a windshield for the "road", I might suggest freedomshields.com. I'm 6'3'' tall and have the 10'' dark gray and it really works well and it ain't too bad lookin' for a larger type windshield. BTW I look over the top of the windshield.

There two things going for the Freedom Shield:
1. It's 3/16'' thick instead of the typical 1/8''.

2. You can try it out and if you don't like, you can return it (you have to pay to ship it back, but it's worth it).

Very nice.

First thing is go out and lay some packing tape on the tank where the seat touches it, and on the rear fender where the back of the seat touches (expecially if you are thinking a solo seat in your future). It won't take very many miles before the finished is rubbed away and the tape only take a few minutes.
