I had a Mustang seat, for about 30 minutes.
I had a Sundowner seat for about 3 months.
I have a Corbin... for 2 years+ and still have it.
That being said everyone's bottom like's something different. I spent 11 hours in the saddle on the ride home from Sturgis last year while everyone else was complaining.

Sundowners will sit a little lower than stock, but the rear section is huge and butt ugly.
Comfortable for both you and the passenger though.

Mustang is comfy for you and the pasenger, but will sit a little higher than stock.

Corbin is best for the ***, but not good for a bad back.

Sundowner gets my vote, with adjustable rider backrest on I'm good to go.

Thanks. Looks great BTW.

It really isn't that ugly, especially with a sissy bar or tour-pak on.

I have both. I prefer the mustang. I actually have the super touring seat on it now. t moves you down and back. I tried the 1pc touring seat but that moved me forward slightly.

For me the sundowner was comfortable for the most part but the way it cups your but there isn't a lot of room to shift your weight around when your *** starts getting numb on the long runs. The woman did not like the pillion on the downer at all. What really irked me with this seat is that it rubs on the tank leaving scuff marks where it rubs.

I also have a mustang solo. To me this is the most comfortable of them all. It just feels right for me.

Corbins are nice seats but they are very firm. I had one on my last bike. They allow you to slide around a bit. I just could not gel with it on the longer runs.

If I had it to do all over I would go with the 17" mustang solo, riders backrest and the appropriate pillion just for the versatility of it.

The pillion on the Mustang is the real touring part...works for Mama great...I had a Sundowner on the Sportster and loved it butt it's abit smaller than the Mustang and matched the sporty look a bit better. I am 6'1" and have the Mustang...i wish it was a bit more back for solo riding but them my wife would complain probably.

Long rides were becoming painful. I Just ditched the stock RK seat for Sundowner. Sundowner with backrest is just what my *** was crying out for..

That's true, the Tour Pak helps hide the size of it.

You probably think Kim Kardashian's doesn't look bad either then, huh? lol
