Autozone special for 5 quarts of Mobil 1 Synth with a filter for $29 ends in a couple days..I've got an 05 EG that has always had synthetic from previous owner...Do you all trust the Mobil 1 filters or should I just use that on the F150 or the Grizzly and keep using HD or K&N Filter?

Amsoil, but would use M1 if I could find it here, have not really looked. If I was on a trip and was low on oil I would use whatever 20-50 MC oil I could find.

I run Amzoil, if I am ever on a trip and can't find Amzoil...at the first place I stop, any syn oil will be added, I don't believe that mixing brands is a bad thing, probably made at the same plant anyway, even if they are not I wouldn't let it ruin my trip, we where on a day ride, found out my son needed oil, out in the middle of nowhere, all we could find was two cycle marine oil, guess what I added! but we did change it once we where home.
