Time to start shining a light on the judges that pass down crap like this.

 

That is complete B.llsh.t so i guess a life is only worth 18 months of nighty times i would sue that pile of garbage there is a family that just ;learned mom isn't coming home, is there not a way to appeal that ruling hell everything else has an appeal

Actually I'm surprised she got that harsh of a sentence, all the press and internet chat must have done some good.

 

bunch of bullchit!!!! she desrved at least 10 years full time jail and toothpicks jabbed in her fingernails everyday... she killed someone with her stupidity...

 

you kill someone while driving doing something stupid like that or texting, is no accident it's just plain stupid and avoidable. You should get Life in prison for it, you took a life so you should lose your right to life. Just my opinion.

 

There's no winners in cases like this one. It's tragic that someone was killed due to another persons thoughtlessness. It sounds like the driver is truly remorseful, which is a punishment that no judge can hand down. I do think she got off lightly though.

 

What is this, night camp? That's bull!! She should spend the entire 18 months locked up. Maybe that will get more people to pay attention instead of painting their nails, texting, etc.

 

Can you say wrongfull death lawsuite. She been convicted of the crime in a court of law. Now it's time to pay in the civil suite.
