Default I believe I have lost my mind....

or at least what little I had to lose......

I dropped my heads off at the Indy shop today to be ported, polished, bigger valves, new springs, and light mill. While there, the shop owner informed me that he had a deal in a 95" set of pistons/cylinders, forged no less, 10 to 1, and a 2006 model 50mm throttle body with CVO injectors already installed. I won't mention price, but yes, it was too good to say no. So, as soon as my heads get back from the porter, I will be "Without bike" for a few days, but, hopefully, a bit more potent when I get it back. Man I hope I don't regret this. What started as a $1,200 build, has now went out the roof. If I don't hit 100/100, somebody's gettin there a$$ whipped!

While you're at it, keep an eye peeled for an arm, and a leg. I feel sure I will be giving up mine, might need a spare. Keep in mind I'm a pretty big guy, dont want to be out of proportion.....oh hell, beggars cant be choosers!

What cams are you going with? At what comp ratio should you add releases, and is your "light" mill job gonna get you there?

With that set up and head work, with the right dyno tune, man you should be very happy, And that 100/100 should be no problem.

I just had the Woods TW6 cams installed last week. I will be leaving them in. Rule of thumb on compression, at around 10.5 to 1 it gets a bit rough on a stock starter. I will be using a 10 to 1 piston, and with a light mill on the heads, hope to "Push my luck" to 10.25.
