Looks like the LED headlight revolution is coming.

That's pretty cool. I wonder how difficult it is to install.

Bright *** Lights was supposed to have come out with LED driving/passing lamps. I would rather switch those over first and see how they work out before I committed to the headlamp. It'll be interesting to see what the feedaback is on this product.

At $300, they are pretty proud of that lamp. I can buy a lot of spare bulbs for much less. I know they probably put out a wicked cool light but, I think I would rather use the cash on some other mod.

I would want to see some technical info before going that route, i.e. lumen rating and hi/low light patterns.

Save yourself some $$$ & try the Osram bulbs. Got mine at a German auto part store for $12.45 + shipping. Extremely bright hi/lo & huge difference from stock. Ordered 4th one down (Sylvania H4) & all you have to doo is trim a little metal tab so it fits into headlight socket. You'll be pleased:

Inexpensive, simple to install, works great.
I would suggest 8000K or 10000K bulb color and 55 watt ballast

Less than $50 and you have an HID headlight.
