Default 100th anniversary Ultra

you guys were great last week when I posted about a '99 was looking at. I decided to pass on it.

a buddy, in San Diego, called me about a '03 anniversay Ultra for sale by one of his friends, an adult owner. it only has 6800 miles and is in pristine condition. it has everything FLAMES HD ever made, even the wheels and brake rotors. it's a little over the top for me, but, I'm looking at the miles and overall condition. he's asking $13000 firm. I realize I can trade or sell all of that flame stuff on cl or ebay.

what's the consensus on the price..... considering the mileage, bike and condition.

San Diego zip code in KBB shows an 03 Ultra having a retail value of $13,120 just for reference.

FYI: The only recall I remember was for the 50 amp breaker on mine, I have 10X the mileage that one has - still running strong.
