10 friggin posts and nobody answered the simple question. HD hard bags are approximately 23" long, 9" front-8" rear wide, and 14" front-12" rear deep. These are external diminsions for ABS plastic bags found on late model FLH's. Internal diminsions are less due to the shock cutouts and the sealing lips for the lids.

These have to be some of the strangest responses to a simple question that I've ever seen around here. 
Yeah, I do wanna replace the old bags. They're actually good for around town but I need something a little bigger too. It seems that every other seller of hardbags (aftermarket) gives the dimensions of their bags. Only the MoCo doesn't. Not sure why. Just wanted to do some comparison shopping. Is that so wrong?
Anyway, thanks to the dude that PM'ed me the specs.
In case anyone does a search for this info and gets this thread, here it is:
24.5"L X 9"H X 6.5"D
