Call us at the shop and we can get you this really nice setup from Magnum. It makes the install a lot easier.

Be careful when using Hill Country Customs. About 18 months ago I ordered 13" apes and braided lines for my 07 FLHTC. The items I got were good quality and I thought that I would use HCC again. On 07/18/10 my braided clutch cable started leaking so I called to order another one since I was about 5 months past warranty. On 07/19/10 HCC sent me an e-mail that said my cable had been shipped. As of this morning (07/27/10) I still had not recieved the cable so I called Fed Ex to see what was up. They stated that HCC had apparently printed a shipping label but not scheduled a pick up for my package. I called HCC to let them know this. They told me that the cable had shipped and that it was Fed Ex's problem, stating that they probably lost it. Since i'm leaving for Sturgis in 2 days I asked if they could simply overnight my cable to me since none of this was my fault. They said they would gladly charge me for a second cable, and charge me for overnight shipping. The deal they gave me was to tell me that I should return the first cable whenever it shows up and they'd give me a refund! woohoo! HCC would not do anything to make this situation right other than blame Fed Ex. The items that I originally recieved from HCC were good quality BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST I'VE EVER DEALT WITH SINCE I'VE OWNED A HARLEY! I will never, ever buy another item from HCC again.

A friend of mine just put the prewired 13s from hcc on his abs sg. They look good. He vacced the fluid from the MC until it was free flowing into a baggy at the abs module. He said it took about 4 MCs full. He topped off the hole in the abs module and attached the line. He didn't even have to bleed the line. Worked great. I was coming over to put the bars on but he had them on and was ready to do the brake when I got there like 20 mins later. Very plug and play. Unlike the earlier post he was happy with their service.

I will say the Magnum cables I got from Dr. Vtwin when I did my Monkey bars are nicer and the fittings were better than the ones he got from HCC.
