Hey guys, I'm moving in a couple weeks to Virginia. Specifically, Northern VA.

I used to live there before, but didn't ride at the time. My question is, does Virginia have a helmet law? I wear one 99% of the time anyway, but was just curious.

Currently live in CO, and there's no helmet law here.

Yep, Virginia, Maryland, DC and West Virginia all have helmet laws. Pennsylvania is the closest free state.

 

Yes on the helmet laws. You might be happy riding with 100% of the time given the $hitty A$$ drivers around here.
