I got it, sorry I didn't get back sooner. I'm working 10 and 12 hr days right now and don't have time for much. I don't have a paypal account anymore, so that options out. To be honest, I have to find it now. The wife did some cleaning and I'm not sure where she put it, but I'm sure she didn't toss it.

Like I said, I've got 2 stock shifter levers sitting on my shelf. They're off my 08 SG and 09 SG. I don't heel shift so I took them off. If anybody wants one or both, PM me.

Oh, so that's all it takes?

I don't have a heel shifter to offer. But I am curious as to why you are opposed to buying locally? Is there a HUGE markup in price on parts in France. A search for HD dealers in France turned up 23 dealers.
