I Just bought a tour pak from a 2003 ultra glide. I also here a 4 point mount on my bike for quick disconnect accessories. The two up mount I bought does not line up with existing holes. Is there another mount or am i sol ? Not going to worry about the lights right now just need the space.

If you mean the detachable tour pak rack's holes don't match the holes in the bottom of the tour pak, just get a Sharpie, use the rack as a template to mark the bottom of the tour pak, and drill new holes.

The hole patterns are different for '09 and newer tour paks/racks and '08 and older tour paks.
