Good morning, Guys.

Will any of you; whom had dealing with the above dealership, tell me how YOU would rate them at on a scale of 1-10; 10 being the best for the typical things: customer service, honesty, etc.
I've not dealt with these people before and would like to know other's opinions before I decide whether or not to deal with them.

I have used them in the past, also the one out in Sunrise off State Rd 84 (same owner). The shops are clean, the Techs seem competant and take care of your bike. Parts Guys are very helpful, same for the Service. I just don't like the high prices so I use an Independant shop now. I have had no issues with the HD shops in the area, nor have any of my Buddies. I would give an 8 overall.

 

I had a bad experience at Rossmeyer's HD on Sunrise. They told me they had a 2010 Cherry/Merlot Ultra limited in their warehouse, and could have it in the showroom the next day. Papers signed, deposit given. No such bike existed. Try Peterson's Harley in Miami, they had much better prices than Rossmeyer. The honesty factor varies from salesman to salesman. Know your stuff before you make a deal.

I don't know that you are looking for a buy, or a service, but ti seems like you may prefer a dealer in the south, but if you can go up north a little bit, then HD Treasure Coast in Stuart is really nice to dealer with. I haven't done any service with them (I do the service by myself), but I can give their sale customer service a 10. You can bargain, too.
Ask for Donna, if you decide to make a call. She is a very honest, and helpful saleswoman.

I went to Ft. Laud Rossmeyer looking for a new RK and the salesman
left me hanging on the floor to help another customer, never took
my contact info or had any interest in making a sale. I ended up buying
from Orlando Harley (over the phone) for a great price and they delivered the bike to my home in Boca Raton. Chad Martel was very good to deal with, no pressure and will do what it takes to make a sale.

A few years back I was looking for a lowrider - fxdx ? - and Ft.Laud harley quoted me 24k for a used one with 4k miles.... Guy was a total tool..

I am on my 3rd HD from Petersons North Miami... Ask for Pete - he is a good guy...

 

Go to Stuart at Treasure Coast well worth the extra few miles ...
