Thumbs up

I have always put Mustangs on my bikes, it is always the first thing I replace on a bike, can't tell about the Super Touring one but I will say that if Mustang make it it will be good. They do a lot of research before putting a seat on the market

Mustang seats start out OK but might not be OK in the long run. My wife put a Mustang solo seat on her Ultra when I moved the Tour-Pak up for her and liked it fine for a while. But then she complained that it compressed and was no longer comfortable. She has since switched to a modified old style Electra Glide seat. My wife is not fat.

I went with the Solo w/Backrest and the large Pillion. The Solo is narrower and easier on the inner-thighs, plus I can flat foot.

5'9", 30" inseam.

Love it.

I have no idea why a seat would compress but my last trip to the States in 2007 I did 10000 miles through 14 States in just over six weeks on the Valkyrie in my photo and certainly no issues there. I currently have a 1997 Wide Glide that has the Mustangs the Ultra has yet to have the upgrade but will when the dollars allow.
The other good ones I believe are Saddleman and Ultimate...just my ten cents worth...can't wait to come back to your fantastic country and do some more miles

I emailed Mustang a while back about this seat and how it would fit on my 08 being aboing 2" more narrow than the 09-10 models. They said it would still fit and not interfear with the bags but they could not provide me with a picture of one on an 08? I had a Mustang on my VTX and ended up removing it due to moved me too far forward. This one is suppose to be lower and further back but even if it does fit I am not sold on the look. I am 6'5" and doing everything I can to get more room on my bike without sacraficing the look. Ultimate would be a C&C Sport Tour but like the Mustang about $700. I have been considering the Le Para Maverick Daddy Long Leggs here latley.

Randy,,,,take a look at C&C for the same price they will build a custom seat for you and can move you 2" back and 2" down and it still looks sleek with the low profile. The Le Para does the same and if you get the plain vinyl with the regular stitching you can find them new on Ebay for about $427. I run a Corbin Young Guns and it sets me 2" back and 2" down and very hard but good for long rides but do wish it was a little wider.

The Mustang didn't really move me at all! I tried the HD Sundowner Solo and that moved me up to the front fender! I felt like I was in my old VW Bus back in the late 70s. Like riding over the wheels. Fortunately my dealer gave me my money back as I only had 3 miles on it!

The seat bolts to the two bolts under the seat. The package will have just what you need. I can shoot you a pic tomorrow if you like. My laptop is in for service or I'd send one now. I'll use my phone if you want, just pm me your email.
