Default Stage 1 fuel mileage

I saw a guy over on the classifieds selling his stage 1 because of the bad fuel mileage. He was getting around 32 mpg. Is this pretty normal with doing a stage 1 upgrade? I have the Jackpot Dynotuned slip on's and was thinking of doing the rest of the stage 1 with a/c and PC V but if the mileage suffers that much I may rethink doing it at all.

Default fuel mileage

The dealer told me that I would probably lose 4-5 mpg. He said it would probably knock it down to about 42 mpg but I only get 36 as it is.

I have stage 1 from fuel moto with the dyna tuned jackpot slipons. I still get around 40 mpg on average. I did tell them I would still like decent gas milage before they created my map. I am very pleased with the increased performance.

Are you 1 up or 2 up? I mostly ride 2 up and 36 is best I have gotten and that was on interstate cruising 65 mph. I would like to do stage 1 and maybe make it run halfway decent but cant afford to lose any more mpg's.
