running a white wall tire on 21 inch

I have a 3.5 inch rim and want to install a WWW on a 21. i know it's done but wonder which tire is better for it. Avon or Metzler?

The only ww tire made 120/70-21 is made by vee rubber. I know alot guys that are running other brands but they are scretching them over a 3.5 front rims. Looks good though. Check out v dawg cycles in sac. Or big boy performance in modesto.
