Default Is an electra glide classic for me

I am 36 years old and rode sport bikes for about 10 years and still ride dirt bikes. I am 6'5" tall and weigh 265. I was looking to get something ALOT more comfortable with a stereo. I am pretty sure that I would be fine but I have never rode anything that heavy. Does anyone have any advice? Thanks

I'm 6'2" and 260ish....I have an Electra Glide. I like it. Very comfy.
Don't worry about the weight, once they are rolling they are all the same weight.

Go to your local dealer and ask to try one out. Weight shouldn't be an issue, I'm 53 years OLD!, 250lbs, 5'11 and I don't have any troubles at all.

I'm 64 years old, 5'8" and 175 lbs and bought my Classic three years ago. 27,000 miles later I'm still in love with it.

....... be sure & test a Road Glide before making the decision.
Coming from a sport bike the fixed fairing will feel quite natural, and the space behind the fairing doesn't have the cramped feel that an FLH can induce.

Gotta agree with that. The fixed fairing might be right up your alley. But try an Electra Glide as well. Don't jump on the first one you ride. Leave your options wide open so you have no regrets. Nothing worse than having $20k worth of buyers remorse.
