ok had the 407 changed to a 408 (warrenty) , but the front still feels like it is bouncing , very unstable feeling riding down the road at 70. any ideas i am going to call dealer monday morn. i do have spoke rim's which i did not want.just wonder how you got yours fixed if it was acting like mine is? thanks for any and all input

The dealer ended up changing the front wheel on mine. They put a new front tire (the new design with the tread pattern reversed) Tech went for a test ride and said it still wasn't right. He pulled in a 2010 bike and swapped out the front wheel and tire. NO more bounce. What a difference I was really depressed riding the bike before the wheel change and now its smooth as glass.

 

thanks i was thinking maybe i had a bad wheel cause it did it with the old 407 too,at that time i thought it was the tire. i will take it in and see what they say.

 

update took the bike in ,dealer checked it out ,took tire they just put on off , installed new tire and re balanced it put back on. bike seems fine now. dealer siad that was the 3rd tire they had to take off because of that. must be coming from factory bad. anyway just glad it got fixed in time for the weekend
