The stock passing beams should be an 881 type bulb.
They will be 27 watt , 300 hour , angle base type halogen bulbs.
You could opt for something like an 886 bulb , 50 watt , 200 hour , angle base.
Or maybe an 894 bulb , 37.5 watt , 200 hour , angle base.
Or an 898 bulb , 37.5 watt , 1100 hour , angle base.
All these are clear type bulbs.
I have run 37.5 watt bulbs safely , and they are OK heatwise.
I run Wagner 4415A , 37.5 watt , amber , 300 hour , screw terminal , sealed beams , as they get me noticed better in the daytime (and look neat).
A buddy of mine runs these and likes them , they look pretty neat also.

So many choices , good luck......
