+1 on Peddler. Can't emphasize the Condor enough. Makes the strap-down easy, but mor importantly very secure. One time I even forgot to apply the the straps but the condor held her firm anyway no problem.

+ 1 SOOS has it right, just did this way in a toy hauler to take the bikes with us and they both (Ultra and SG) made the trip with no problem. Used a Harbor Freight wheel chock, tie downs at the front forks right where the fender mounts. One tie down thru the back tire.
