I bought the extended "warranty" on my last two new Ultras. Never used either one of them, not even once!..... Right or wrong, I won't bite that ol' hook a third time.
I received the card. I didn't buy the extended warranty. There was a reference number on the card. If you wanted the warranty, the number to call on the card is 1-800-700-2338. I didn't call them, but I bet they would sell you an extended warranty without a reference number. I wonder if the people who didn't receive cards are ones with a record of problems at the dealer or have not used the dealer for regular service. I will do my own servicing now that my warranty has expired, but I just felt I was covering my bases having the dealer do service until then.
