I don't know. I've known some country boys that could run down a gravel road in their bare feet faster than (city boy) me with sneakers on. They did most everything barefoot.

Craziest thing I've seen is these kids on crotch rockets wearing sandals, cut-offs, sleeveless Tee shirts and full face helmets!

Just yesterday going home saw an old man late 60s early 70s on a Dyna Wide Glide, Bib Overalls, and Mocasan bedroom slippers.

This dude was crusty and on top of his game. I was just laughing on to the next light.

Later i just thought geez, that old, that crusty, if I can still hold mine up I would wear whatever the hell i wanted too.

Ride On......

Shorts? Check.
T-shirt? Check.
Sneakers? Check.
No helmet? Check.
Waterski? Check!

Good thing lane sharing is not legal in AZ... At least he has 4 mirrors so he can see what's coming!

I saw a guy the other day dressed the same way with his clubs strapped to his back.

It is not unusual to see someone in boardshorts and flip flops riding with their surfboard strapped on the side of their bike or scooter in Hawaii. Surfing is their life, their motorcycle is how they get there.

I is not at all unusual to see Ultra and Goldwing riders in central Oklahoma. Once in a while I see them wearing flip flops. I rarely the see helmets, but when I do, its more likely the sport guys wearing them.

I passed a youngster a couple of months ago who was riding a Sportster and he was wearing just shorts. No shirt, no shoes or sandals, just shorts. He looked happy enough.

Around the beach, I've seen one or two bikers riding with flip flops on but never on a highway or main road. The most interesting thing I've seen was a woman riding on the back of a crotch rocket wearing insanely high stilettos that were laced up to her knees. I just figured she was getting dropped off at the strip club for her shift.
