I sold some stuff on here and next day aired them. One guy received his and another didn't. I filled out a claim and now, I'm just waiting to hear back from FedEx. Any one else ever have this problem and how did you resolve it?

UPS lost an air cleaner I sent to a guy.It was only $27,but we filed a claim anyways.
Guess what,because I didnt have a reciept for the a/c,I`m out.
My wife is still fighting it;she does UPS from her job,but it doesnt look good.
It can be challenging for an individual to deal with the shipping companies. I am fortunate enough to use my work account and my local sales rep helps out with issues like that to keep our business. Hope it all works out. Fedex is generally one of the tougher ones to deal with
