I said pictures, so damnit there will be pics.. and lots of them!

Setup is Custom Dynamics LED Tails with Plasma Rods mounted close to how the OP mounted his.

My Plasma Rods are setup for Brake only as I wanted people to see a different light configuration when I was stopping as opposed to just brighter running lights. The Plasma Rods are hard to see when the light is hitting them directly but so far I think they will work out well for me.

The first set of pictures are taken when the sun is low. To me it probably the harshest time to see the lights.

Sun from behind : Bike off

Sun from behind : Running Lights Only

Sun from behind : Brakes On

Sun In Front : Bike Off

Sun In Front : Running Lights Only

Cloudy : Bike Off

Cloudy : Looking Down : Brakes On

Close Up : Left Side : Bike Off

Close Up : Looking Straight down : Bike Off

looks great dr. i added the frashing unit from custom dynamics, and it is making it a lot more visible, running light , stop and signals all in one module with a 3 times flash on brake light sure like the result, your ride look great

Update for the people following this thread.

I had one little issue with the Badlands Load Equalizer, it's wasn't even bad enough to be a problem just an annoyance.

In this day of Plug-n-Play Badlands had to follow suit and in the process I came across an issue. When everything was installed I noticed that after I shut the bike off and when the alarm flashed the lights to indicate it was arming, I saw that the Speedo and Tach would illuminate as well. I then noticed that the indicator on the Cruise Control switch would light as well. It turned out that the equalizer seemed to have been reacting with the alarm that when the alarm activated it was about the same as switching the ignition to ACC. If the alarm was to go off, it would actually supply enough power that the radio would come on.

One quick call to Badlands and a trip to the local auto parts store solved the problem. If anyone else is experiencing the issue, I can post what Badlands advised me to do. Since I applied the fix, I have not had any more issues.

For those of you who used the vinyl quarter round to attach the plasma rods, what type of double-sided tape did you use to attach it to the fascia? Do I need to use some type of tape specifically designed for auto or motorcycle applications so it will stick in various climate conditions?

Thanks!

Truly AMAZING!!! Your bike looks exactly like mine! How is this even possible!?!?!?! Some idiot tried to modify me and mine last night by rear ending me. Luckily for me quick reflexes and a popped clutch got me out of there real quick and in a hurry! May have to really consider these rods.
