Default SG rear fender wire harness support

I'm using a rear fender off of an 08 street glide for some mods I'm doing to my 02 FLHRI. What holds up the wiring harness? The street glide fender does not have the little nubbs or tabs (whatever you call them) that the RK fender has for the wiring harness clips. Does anyone know if there's a standard part that I need to hold up the wiring harness? Looks like there was once something held on with some sort of adhesive on the inside of the fender. Any help??

There is an adhesive backed wire conduit that goes inside along the top of the fender. 75022-06 is the pn# of the touring self adhesive conduit. You can also buy the self adhesive wire clips that go down near the edges. Those pn#'s would be 10183 and 10184 size dependent

Default Thanks

I'll give Legend HD a call this morning and see if they have it. Thanks again.

Dawg, you're the man. You always seems to have the right answer at the right time.

When you install the conduit, clean the fender well with alcohol before you stick it to the fender. I had my rear wheel out when I did mine so it was super easy to do.

Dawg, is that conduit available for separate purchase. I didn't see it listed with the rear fender in my '04 parts book.

Yes, it is available for separate purchase. It won't be found in the fender section of the parts book, it is in the tail lamp and rear turn signal section.

Thanks, but as a fair warning I'm seriously considering not working at HD next year. I've been doing the part time gig for 3 1/2 years now and as I get older, I get more and more tired of working day and night. That would limit what I have access to in order to assist others.
