Anybody know of anywhere I could find something
different than just the HD screaming eagle trim ring
for my football air cleaner 2009 Ultra, I am wanting
to find something else maybe, any ideas???????

 

They used to have painted trim rings (color matched air cleaner inserts) in a few of the older P&A catalogs. There would be dealers around that still have them laying on shelves I would imagine.

 

I refused to let them put that plastic thing on my air cleaner, I thought it looked hideous. They seemed stunned that I did not want to advertise that I had a 103" motor instead of the stock 96...

 

You could always do the A/C Insert.

 

I just snagged these at a dealer last week.

 

I have a used one from a Road King you can have!

 

I put the Ultra limited 103 trim ring on mine.

 

Quite a few medallion kits in the HD catalog, they install just as my '03 medallion does. The catalog calls them derby covers.

 

A search for air cleaner derby cover came up with these as a choice as well:

You could put glass on it with some LEDs to light it up.
I didn't put LEDs behind it, but it does look good in the sun.
