with the cat on the 2010 the same pipes on an 09 will sound much louder.

 

i just put vance and hines power duel and jack pot slipons on my ultra limited today and all i can say is OMG, sound and performance is great, a frend of mine heard it and ordered a set today

 

I got the V&H power duals with there new twin slash 4.5" oval mufflers, couldn't be happier, best sounding pipes I've had to date and perform well also.

 

2010 ultra a/f pcv auto tune tw6 cams bub 7 with x over pipe. Threw the cat out! Just a note if your changing header pipe and want auto tune for the future, then bye 09 header pipes because they have the bigger bungs for the o2 sensors. I had to weld in bungs on my bub7 header pipe to go to auto tune.

 

did the dealer chg out head pipe's ? can they and not get busted by epa since they are removing the cat. The heat cat is bad in town, ok on the road, common complaint I hear.

 

Cheapest way I can think of is just replace the baffles with Thunder Monsters.

Will the dealer chg out the head pipes ? Would they get busted for removing the glorious epa cat ? I haven't ask my service mgr this direct ? but he did say that altering the exhaust was a " gray area " concerning the bike warrenty.
