T-Bags Bra and Bootcase on Tour Pak

T-Bags Bra and Bootcase on Tour Pak
I seen a few posts about this combination for a Tour Pak without a luggage rack. I really didn't care for the look of a luggage rack, so I bit the bullet and bought the Bra and Bootcase.
Installation , though it seems easy, is a bit of a bugger. You have to remove the backrest, of course. I recommend heating the bra with a blow dryer to soften it a bit so it stretches easier. Placement of the velcro tape is pretty straight forward. Don't try to stretch the bra tight when mounting the Velcro. You just need to know where the tape is going to be. Once the tape is secured, you can stretch the bra on. Again, heating the bra with a blow dryer helps. There is an instruction/warning flap that you have to cut off before mounting the bra. Also, you need to clean the area where the velcro is going with alcohol wipes.
I have the premium tour pak hinges installed. Since they are bigger than the stock hinges, it was a bit difficult stretching the bra over them.
Attaching the bootcase is really simple. There are 6 straps that you thread through the loops on the bra. Tighten them up and you are good to go.
It is quite sturdy and does not move at all if you installed the bra correctly. I grabbed the handle of the case and tried to move it. It moved the whole bike instead of sliding around on the tour pak.
I will be using it when I take a trip next month. I'll let you know how it holds up.

T-Bags Bra/Bootcase update
I made my trip to Mid-MO using the Bra/Bootcase combo. It worked flawlessly! With the bra installed correctly, there was no movement of the bag at any speed. When I got home, I removed the bag & bra. Absolutely no scuff marks from the bra. Defintely a worthwhile investment for those that do not like the look of a luggage rack, but want extra storage for long trips.

Thanks Fireman54. I been thinking about the very same set-up for the very same reason, ever since I saw the mock up T-bags had in the showroom about a year ago. The set-up hadn't been released at that time or I might have got one then. Good to know too, that E-bay vendors are selling them now. T-bags quote at that time, was more than the $227 you said but the $181 sounds even better. Thanks for the write up pics and update.
