MCC modifed my stock, Ultra seat with good results. They did the double decker memory foam and IMHO did great work considering the limitations of the '09 seat pans. It took 1k for the thing to break-in but after that it was very comfortable. I changed to a Tallboy seat only because the seating position on the stocker was still too cramped. When time allows, I'll send MCC the Tallboy.

MCC recently did mine single foam my weight is 180 lbs. I only have about 250 miles on it so far but have not noticed any difference in riding time. The seat is a little lower and does feel a little different sitting on it. But I still can only ride about 50 miles before it starts to bother me. So hoping that after the break in it will get better.
Just for info before I had my seat done I bought a Sundowner deep bucket its for sale on ebay right now it was not much better then stock. 06 Ultra

My Mean City Cycle seat mod is Great! 08 Ultra had it lowered and memory foam inserted. 22000 miles on seat and would not trade it for anything!

Well just rolled over 500 mile on the seat today. Rode 100 miles first leg, was feeling the seat after 47 miles by 100 I just wanted off. I rested for 15 min, got a drink and stood in the A/C at the store then back on the bike. I rode straight home which was 50 miles by then I just wanted to stop. So at the 500 mile point no better then the stock seat, still hoping that the break in will make a difference

Well I'm over 1200 miles on my MCC mod and I have to say not at all what I hoped for. It's a little better then stock but I was hoping to be able to ride 100 mile in comfort. I get about 50 then its start to get bad by 75 miles I'm doing the butt cheek swap back and forth standing squirming the whole drill. In any case for me not worth the money, time and effort. I did get the single foam though and am going to Sturgis this year so if MCC is there I may have them add another layer and see if that helps. Like I said though at this time it just didn't do what I hoped.

Hey Road Ranger'
Mod that seat EXACTLY to your own taste! Check this out. Haven't done it myself but shoot', doesn't look too hard!

Got my stock seat off my 08 UC back from MCC yesterday. Because of family get together today, I was only able to ride about 50 miles. When I first sat down on the seat, I thought WTF have I done. It felt hard and not very comfortable, But at the end of the ride, it seemed to get a little better. I'm hoping for the best! I have a 1200 mile trip planned in a couple of weeks. I'll know by then if It's going to work. I will let you folks know how it turns out. I can tell you right up front, if it doesn't, I'm not sending it back. My wife just put a Mustang Super Touring seat with rider backrest on her 2010 SG Trike. That seat is like sitting on the Lazyboy. Great Seat and the rider backrest is far superior to HD's.

Man, I should have did a Search before I sent my new Mustang seat to MCC. I just got mine back today and it didn't turn out well. So now I have to spend more $ for shipping to try to get it fixed. I sent them a Mustang, so now the resale value is gone.
When I called them up today I got a guy named Robby, he was nice but he did get a little firm with me when he said "you need to be specific when you send us a seat" That statement irritated me, because I was in complete detail on that form I filled out and sent with the seat.
When I told Robby this he said I'm sorry, just send it back. I then said I'm worried they won't be able to lower it the way I need it and I will spend my $ on shipping cost again for nothing.
He said they can fix it, so here I go again... I will up-date how this goes.

"foot note added"
I have not rode my bike with the MCC seat mod, I sent it to them to have it lowered as much as possible with comfort, and lower the thigh the same, that area pushes my legs out and up. After the mod my stock seat still sets me lower and I can just barley plant my feet with that seat. Even after the mod the Mustang is still higher. I have no idea how comfortable this seat is now or will be, but he said they could maintain the Mustang comfort.

Wel, you could go for the Russell Day Long. The only complaint I've ever heard about them is that they're fugly. But beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

Personally, I think it's beautiful.
