Default Myrtle Beach helmet law over-turned by SC Supreme Court

Thought the touring community would be interested in knowing that the helmet law that Myrtle Beach passed a while back has been over-turned by the SC Supreme Court.

I'm glad the City of MB lost its case in Court but this won't make me go back there.
I'm done w/MB, helmet or not. I'll keep spending my money where I'm welcome.

I think we are all "done" with MB. But there are miles and miles of road and beach that is friendly to bikers both south and north of the city. So don't let MB's dumb actions knock you out of a fun rally if you can find the time to come back. We will continue to have rallies & fun regardless of MB....
