Can someone tell me if a seat from an 07 road king classic fit an o7 road king custom. I know they say it wont but id like to know if someones tried. There is a nice looking seat im interested in but its for a classic. Its a corbin and I called them and they say no. Help please.

I have a an RK custom and have tried my mates classic seat on my bike.
It fits fine but the tank panel is slightly different on a classic to a custom so it goes up the tank area another half inch or so.

Having a custom, there's loads of things that HD and others say wont fit a custom - they all do !
I bet its the same for the classic.
I'd give it a go.

PS- an 08 seat will not fit on an 07! - the locating tongues are different.
