I purchased a set of Revolution rain gear from a local shop. Its built similar to HD rain gear, but a lot less money. Now I see why. The tag claims "100% water proof"....well lets say its more like 10% water proof. I think they put 1 to many zero's in there. I road yesterday for 3 hours in the pouring rain....when I got home I was soaked. My wife wearing a set of rain gear from Wal-mart was only slightly wet in the pants. I called the place i bought this rain gear from and they asked if I kept the receipt..and of course I can't find it. DON'T buy this product...you won't be happy with it.

Spend the $$ and get some nice HD rain gear. I have the HD Gore-Tex rain suit and love it. Can ride all day in the rain and stay as dry as a bug in a rug.

 

+1 on the Gore-tex. Pricey yes, but worth it.
