Sounds great! Much better than the D&D in sound terms!!! I have to agree, my D&D sounds like a V8 with glass packs. I'll probably be selling it very soon and switching to something else.

Having owned a few V8's with glass packs back in the day, I gotta say my DD Fatcat don't sound like they did.

I've been running mine for sometime now with the QBaffle and sounds great to me and most in my pack like it. Granted my motor is not stock. I heard the new VH Propipe today on a monster motor sounded good.....and looked good as well.

To each his own..

I just found this thread and the video does sound great. I made a video of my pipe and it sucked. The pipe sounded great in person. So much for video. I used to like Eric Clampton until I heard him in person. These things can go both ways.

The pro pipe is great looking. I bet the two perform so close that you can't tell the difference on the street.

I am curious about when peeps talk about the funky rear curve on the fat cat and the changes made to the new model. Was this curve there to even out the headers and they got rid of it to conform to peoples sensibilities? Did that change cause performance loss? A major loss? My fc should be here tomorrow hope I wont regret it.

Someone explain the old clothes burning funky curve and will its loss hurt performance the same way thunder header did when they re-routed their plumbing around 2001-2002.

Wow, an entire hour has gone buy with no expert opinions. Guess everyone is watching home run Derby. And another thing: ) with all the time and money spent. With all the gear heads here. With all the rich people here. Why can't someone simply get a bike and do a synopsis runoff on 10 of the most most popular systems? Is this avoided on purpose? I think so.

Sportbike mags do head to head comparison all the time. What gives.

Two questions and a statement!

What the hell you doing wearing Slacks? And ones that cost $60, you could get a pair of HD jeans for $29 and change pipes every two years fercrissakes.

How much did you pay and where did you get the PP HS?

I am a D&D guy but have been looking at options for my Dyna build, this is the number one contender. Are you a closet D&D basher hehe? Congrats on getting what you want, its an Ugly RG as all are, but you have done well making it look better. Good write up and thanks.

Thanks for the sound byte. I've got the new style V & H pro pipe chrome going on my '10 Street Glide this Friday. Your sound byte is yet another confirmation that I'm going to like it - a lot.

Thanks again.
