There was a yellow dot on the tire. It was directly above the weights, But as you can see on this new picture, the weights (and the previous yellow dat) are directly opposite of the valve stem. Does this mean the tire should have been rotated 90 degrees?

I don't know where Trex bought his DynaBeads for $6.00.

I could not find them locally…..I paid like $21.00 (with shipping) for a kit that had two 2oz. bags and a little needle nose type bottle to help put the beads in the valve stems.

yep. i've got a D402 on the front that still got a lot of tread left. I'm going to use it up before switching that one out.

Yes. I was running an E3 back and 402 front for quite awhile, until my front 402 finally wore out.
