Dual conversion '10 SG

Dual conversion '10 SG
I just bought a new 2010 Street Glide, and I am going to convert it to duals.I am waiting on my 2-1-2 headpipe from Fuelmoto, and am in the process of ordering the oem parts from Harley, crossover pipe, clamps, muffler brackets, etc. I will be using Rinehart slip on mufflers because I already have them, and love the way they sound.Has anyone actually done this complete conversion on a '10 SG or RG? Am I forgetting any parts, etc that I am gonna need? Also, how was performance after the conversion? I do not want a true dual system,or a 2 -1.I am aware that this is not a cheap set-up,but then again niether are Harleys. And most importantly, will my stock heat shields from the stock exhaust work on the Fuelmoto headpipe? Any info appreciated.

I also have the 2010 street glide and the jury is still out on the 2 to 1 exhaust -- somedays I like it -- somedays I don't .would like to have some more information on the dual set up, lilke what's involved as far as the computer and any difference with the perfomance. Looking at the vance and hines monster ovals but that's going to be a big kick in the *** at around 1200 to 1500 hundred to make that single exhaust go away.

I have a 2010 street glide, and i went with the MGS true duals, they set me up with a performance package including the headers, mufflers, power commander pre-mapped with, and a ness big sucker, all for right around 1600 bucks plus shipping. They are supposted to be here on monday or tuesday. They have some good gains in the hp and torque area, they claim 15 hp and 15 lb/ft or torque for the setup. Well see how it works.
