Use SYN3 in all three holes, both bikes.

It's a gear box so use a gear lube. I personally use Mobil 1 75-90. You can get it at any auto parts store. Easy to find.

Mobil 1 75W140 cause it is a gearbox, need gear oil not motor oil.

Before I started taking care of my scoot myself, the shop put in Syn 3 in all three holes.
My last change I put in M1 75-90 inplace of S3. Noticed numerous metal hairs on the magnetic drain plug at the time of the change over.
Just changed it again after 5k again with M1 75-90.No metal hairs. It started shifting way better after the first round of M1.

I've tried several including that Pepto Bismol looking stuff (Redline) and am back to Mobil 1 gear lube. I can see no difference with any of them.
