My 2000 owners manual says the dry weight of a FLHRCI is 723/710 lbs, GVWR is 1259 lbs (500 Front,829 Back). So without any fluids in the bike it can handle about 536 lbs of rider/cargo. But I'm sure you can go a little over that if you keep your tire pressures up.
