I agree, it's your bike, do what you want to it. I'm not fond of some of the bikes I see on here, but everyone has different tastes. That's one of the reasons I like Harleys so much, there are a million different ways to customize them and make them your very own.

By the way, I think they make a fuel door as well in that collection.

I've always wanted to tour the French countryside on a Harley. Maybe someday.

 

I dream of doing the same in USA, maybe we could exchange? I agree with of the million ways to customize a HD and this parts are for fun but some take it seriously...

For the fuel door, it will be too much and in fact i prefer to add Yaffe tank panel wich is more my taste.

Nope don't like it all. But that what makes us all different. I'm sure there are things about my ride you wouldn't like either.

 

It's not the look for me but to each his/her own. When I got the tassles for my levers, my wife said "Well, those look gay". I said I don't care I like them. About half my friends make fun of them and again I say . The other half like them so...................

 

To be truthful, I don't care for them, but it's your motorcycle and you can damn well fix it up the way YOU like it, to heck with everyone else.

True, that's what makes motorcycles so much fun, doing them up the way you like, some like black, some don't...some like red, some don't...

It would be a boring world if we all rode the same bike, same color, same accessories....yech!

Go for it, if you like the diamonds, have at it...I'll not bash you, but I won't lie either....

And yeah, two months riding all over Europe would be sa-weet!

Ok don't know if this will help or hurt this discussion BUT

I love your bling

and have my own speedo ring, gas cap, plate.. I also have bling key ring belt buckle on my helmet and a pin on my hand bars. Here is two of the same collection.

 

Now I like BLING, don't get me wrong. And I grew up as a toddler in Paris, so I am ok with France too. BUT I prefer my bling on my jewelry. Diamonds certainly aren't only for women. I have a very nice diamond pinkie ring left to my dad by his Uncle Mike and left to me by my dad. It looks good on your bike though..And if you like it, that is all tha matters. Most of the guys I know do not like my denim red paint, but for me there is no other...thats what makes Harley's so cool, when you're done, it is uniquely your own!

 

First off, thank you for liking and supporting our America made Harley Davidsons Mr. French Guy. Very cool of you.
