You guys are paranoid.. I also use to use it to warn drivers while road guarding etc. and also when a cage would try to pull over in my lane.. It's NOT illegal to have one.. It is illegal to impersonate a Police Officer. Like using the siren w/ blue and red light to chase someone etc.

Owning a pistol is not illegal (right now) but using it sometimes is, depends on how and your intentions... Similar scenario..LOL..

 

Speaking from experience……when people hear a police siren, they tend to do some unexpected things like pull right in front of you, stop suddenly, cut others off…….ya it gets their attention, but sometimes the results are NOT what you want!!!! Think an air horn would be a better choice……for what it’s worth.
