yes, at least the 09's cig lighter is not 12v. i can plug a charger in to it and it shows the power light on the charger but will not activate a charge to my phone.

ive been tring to find a place to mount the acc p12 v plug cleanly but dont wanna drill holes in the scoot, not a 7/8" dia hole anyways...keep looking at the left side glove box...just cant find a way to mount it yet...

ive got it laying under the seat, found a charger thats got a usb port on it so i wnet and bought a 6ft usb cable and ran it under the console, up inside the fairing along with the aux cable and they come out by the bars to the top of the fairing where the phone car mount is. cables routed nice with some small clips from radio shack. all i got to do is drop the phone in the mount, plug the aux and charger cables in, and go. if the battery gets low i just flip the switch.

Doesn't on my 09 EGC. Use it for the occassional GPS.

I was getting ready to buy 1 or maybe 2 but added $10 shipping to Canada, so at $30 cant justify it.
