It's coming round to Christmas again, how is the Bagger cartridge project coming along?

 

I have paid a shop to make a 3-G drawing necessary to make a mould for investment casting for the bottom triple tree. The bottom triple tree will be made of heat treated 4140 Chrome Molly. The fork tubes need to be 49mm (I.D. room for the cartridges)and the forks will be a direct bolt up.

The top tree will be made of CNC billet aluminum. It is a top clamp in place of that OEM slip in top fork tube bolt. Same system as the racing bikes.

The cartridges and 49mm forks have been in use for about a year now as Dynas already have a clamp style triple tree. The 30mm Ohlins cartridges work the best in the world, just go to the track and see for yourself.
