What is involved with 88 inch to 95 switch?
I am considering doing the upgrade from 88 to 95 on my motor, and wondering what all is involved. I found on a classified ad the larger cylinders, cams and pistons. He said I would need a gasket set. What else might I need to have this done properly. Also typically how long should it take a shop to do it (hours for labor cost)
Thanks in advance

Can't help you on the hours it would take since I did my own...
If you are buying used, I'd recommend having a shop re-hone the cylinders and get a new set of rings for the pistons. If you are changing the cams, a new set of lifters and cam bearings (replace inner bearings with Torrington/Timken) would be a wise move as well. Gasket set is a must for the rockers, heads, lifter covers, and cam cover.

Basically it's kinda obvious. Prep the bike (remove gas tank etc). Pull the heads, jugs. Pull the cam cover and cams. Replace with 95 cu in parts and cams. I did the job with the help of a friend in his garage. It's more accurate to say he did the work and I drank his beer. Regardless I think 8 hours tops (probably closer to 6) plus about $100 in gaskets, seals and other miscellanea on top of the parts you mention.
